Earlier this week, there was speculation over the status of Raquel González after she & Dakota Kai lost the NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship to Toxic Attraction. There were also some reports of her having a name change.
Tonight, the former NXT Women’s Champion, and two-time Tag Team Champion made her debut as Raquel Rodriguez. Appearing in a backstage segment, she shared her appreciation for being there before Angel & Humberto entered the room. They wanted to give her a double kiss, but she turned them down. Raquel Rodriguez has yet to have her in-ring debut. She is also known as the girlfriend of Adam Scherr, who is previously known as Braun Strowman.
