In an update on the late creative changes made to this week’s WWE SmackDown! Live broadcast, you can put the blame on Vince McMahon once again. Prior to the show going live, Shawn Michaels had revealed that he would be a guest commentator on the show. Of course, that didn’t happen and HBK instead appeared during a MizTV segment.
Vince McMahon is also the one who nixed the “career-altering announcement” for Daniel Bryan. Bryan didn’t even appear on the show despite WWE advertising once again that he would.
Vince McMahon showed up at around 4 PM EST on Tuesday and “decided that he didn’t like the show” and made some changes to it. It’s a classic case of Vince simply “changing his mind” on the show.
