Brock Lesnar has been rumored to return to WWE for SummerSlam. There’s been speculation about him possibly facing WWE Champion Bobby Lashley at the show while it’s been reported Universal Champion Roman Reigns vs. John Cena will take place.
According to Dave Meltzer on the Sunday Night’s Main Event podcast, Lashley vs. Lesnar isn’t scheduled for SummerSlam. That could change if Vince McMahon decided to do so.
There have also been people in WWE that want to save Lesnar’s return for a possible match with Reigns at WrestleMania.
Lesnar isn’t under contract with WWE and hasn’t been seen since WrestleMania 36.
