Dave Meltzer reported in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Bushiroad, the parent company of NJPW and STARDOM, reported its revenue for the last year – August 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021.

Revenue was at $41.7 million, down 9.4%, because of multiple cancelled and postponed events, as well as lower attendance and lower merchandise sales due to COVID restrictions. Some events had fans while others had to be at half-full venues and even then they didn’t sell out.

New Japan World subscriptions are at 100,000, which is about even.
