Former WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns has once again been spotted amidst his battle against leukemia. “The Big Dog” took a photo with a fan at a Hawaii hotel gym in Kauai. He’s obviously still staying in shape and seemingly remains in good spirits. Here’s the photo:

Last year Reigns announced that he has once again been diagnosed with leukemia, which he has dealt with before when he was younger. He relinquished the WWE Universal Championship and announced he’d be taking a hiatus to focus on his health and spend more time with his family. He was met at the top of the entrance ramp by his fellow Shield brothers Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose.
During their feud, WWE has incorporated Reigns’ illness into Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose’s program for the Intercontinental Championship. However, on this past Monday’s episode of RAW, Ambrose dropped the strap to Bobby Lashley in a Triple Threat match involving Rollins.
