WWE held a stacked house show from Madison Square Garden last night, which featured a historic main event. Ronda Rousey defended her RAW Women’s Championship against Nia Jax to close out the show. However, this was the first time ever that a female wrestling match headlined a show at Madison Square Garden. After successfully defending her title, Rousey celebrated inside the ring alongside Natalya, Sasha Banks, and Bayley.
“The Rowdy One” took to Instagram shortly after the show to comment on her milestone achievement in WWE. Here’s what she had to say:
