Following Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler’s verbal altercation with Natalya and Tegan Nox on this week’s episode of WWE SmackDown, the former UFC champion complained that the entirety of the SmackDown tag team division is Natalya plus whatever “poor soul” she can get a hold of. Rousey also called out Damage CTRL for rarely defending the Women’s Tag Team Championships on live television.

Rousey took to Twitter to express her frustrations with the SmackDown women’s tag team division. She wrote,

“Apparently the entirety of the Smackdown tag division is @NatbyNature plus whatever poor soul she can recruit to her lost cause this week. #USOs defend their title every week, #DamageCNTRL has defended like twice in 6 months. What the hell is going on here?”

Damage CTRL leader Bayley was quick to respond to Rousey as she stood up for her teammates IYO SKY and Dakota Kai. Bayley reminded Rousey that SKY and Kai defend the Women’s Tag Team Titles at live events on a regular basis. She tweeted,

“Please spell the champs name right. And then show up to some live events and watch them defend the tag titles weekly.”

Whether this verbal exchange between Rousey and Bayley leads to a physical altercation in the coming weeks remains to be seen.
