There’s been a rumor going around that the WWE Clash at the Castle finale, featuring Tyson Fury and Drew McIntyre singing inside the ring together, was not supposed to happen – or was not planned.
The rumor really took off during an episode of Freddie Prinze Jr’s podcast, where Prinze Jr stated he heard from someone in WWE that the segment was not supposed to make TV.
However, according to Fightful Select, people close to the production team note that this is completely false and the finish as we saw it was always the plan.
