Apparently there was some backstage turmoil between Seth Rollins and Matt Riddle. In a report provided by Fightful Select, the issues started when Riddle’s wife was accused of making “body shaming” comments to Rollins’ fiancé and fellow WWE Superstar, Becky Lynch. This remark, which has since been deleted off social media, led to Rollins commenting on the WWE Draft special that he had no interest in working with Riddle anytime soon.
However, several Superstars feel the issues between Riddle and Seth Rollins have blown over and have since been resolved. Supposedly, the two men worked out their issues and are now open to working with one another whenever that time comes, with Riddle going so far as to apologize to Rollins personally for his wife’s remarks against Becky Lynch.
