Shane McMahon took to Twitter earlier this evening, noting that he was excited to appear on RAW. He also said that it was “time to shake some things up”. He said,

Speaking of Shane McMahon, former WWE Superstar Rusev (Miro) took a shot at WWE for bringing back Shane on RAW tonight. He said,
‘We want to build new talent’. Shane is back! Sums it up.” Vince McMahon noted just last week that WWE needed to build new stars.
