Tony Khan, the president of AEW, tweeted today that Rush is All Elite. When AEW tweets these types of images, it means a star has agreed to a full-time contract.
John Silver and Rush will square off on tonight’s episode of AEW Rampage. The announcement reads as follows:
“Rush teamed up with Andrade El Idolo as his business partner at the Double Or Nothing pay-per-view event this past May.
While working for MLW, NJPW, CMLL, and Ring of Honor, RUSH established a reputation for himself. He had held the titles of Mexican National Trios Champion, CMLL World Trios Champion, CMLL World Tag Team Champion, and CMLL World Light Heavyweight Champion. He was also the ROH World Heavyweight Champion twice in the past.”
