Fans of Mercedes Mone’ will have to keep on waiting for the former Sasha Banks in AEW as she won’t be Saraya’s mystery tag-team partner next week.
During this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, Saraya, Toni Storm, and Hikaru Shida sat down with Renee Paquette and the former Paige spoke about AEW having the best wrestlers in the world.
Saraya then picked Toni Storm as her partner against Britt Baker and Jamie Hayter and her decision came as a huge surprise to Renee and Shida.

It had been rumored that Saraya’s partner would be Mercedes Mone’ given the history between the two ex-Superstars in WWE.
Mone’ made her NJPW debut at Wrestle Kingdom 17 and will challenge KAIRI for the IWGP Women’s Championship next month.
