In WWE announcer Corey Grave’s interview with soon-to-be Hall Of Famer Kurt Angle, Angle discussed numerous reasons on why his departure from WWE happened. One clip that was caught and was the most fulfilling part of the interview, was when WWE cameras were rolling when McMahon and Angle came face to face for the first time in 11 years.
Angle stated that it was similar to a “father-son” feeling. The interview was a part of the latest edition of the WWE Network show “Bring It To The Table” which is available to watch on the network.
If you were not able to view the video, Angle stated that he did not know if McMahon would punch him in the face or welcome him with open arms. “When he saw me, he immediately hugged me, it was like that father welcoming his son back home saying I miss you.”
