WWE taped tonight’s edition of NXT on the WWE Network from Winter Park, Florida at Full Sail University on December 12th. Here are spoilers for tonight’s WWE NXT broadcast.
* Sami Zayn made his way down to the ring with the NXT. He cut a promo about his journey to this moment and how the fans are as much apart of this as he is. He said that Takeover should’ve been the best night of his life but instead it ended with Kevin Owens powerbombing him. He said he’s here and he’s ready to defend the NXT Championship against anyone, anywhere, anytime. Moments later, Adrian Neville came out and said that he wants his rematch. William Regal made his way out and announced that they would be the main event for next week’s show.
* Singles Match: Sasha Banks defeated Alexa Bliss.
* Singles Match: Tyler Breeze defeated Chad Gable.
* NXT Tag Team Title Match: The Lucha Dragons © defeated The Vaudevillains.
* Main Event: Hideo Itami defeated Curtis Axel.
