Teddy Hart was arrested on July 15, 2023, in Florida and was charged with third-degree felonies of possession of MDMA (Ecstasy) and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. Hart now has a new court date scheduled ahead of his trial.
Hart is set for a mandatory appearance on December 14 for “Early Resolution,” a division that identifies potential candidates for early plea deals.
Hart’s legal team had requested an October date during a hearing in September but during a subsequent hearing this past Thursday, the defense asked for the December court date.
Hart is no stranger to court dates as he has faced several legal issues over the years.
