It’s official – the competitors for Ric Flair’s last match have been announced.
During episode two of the “Ric Flair’s Last Match” documentary series, it was announced that Flair will team with Andrade El Idolo to face off against Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal. The match will take place on July 31st at Starrcast V.
In the video, which you can see below, footage of “The Nature Boy” at a press conference is shown. Following the presser, Flair heads to his car and is confronted by Jay Lethal. Lethal wasn’t pleased that he didn’t get an invite to the press conference, saying he feels used by Flair when the two men have been training together. At that point, Lethal attacks Flair.
Jeff Jarrett eventually comes out to help, but turns on Flair when he refuses help.
