As we previously reported here on eWn, Trinity, formerly known as Naomi, is set to become a free agent soon and will be wrapping up her time with TNA Wrestling.
Trinity is scheduled to defend her Knockouts Title later this month at Hard To Kill 2024, but it remains uncertain if this will be her final appearance with the promotion. Trinity joined TNA in May of last year after leaving WWE alongside Mercedes Mone.
Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Naomi’s return to WWE is in the company’s plans. He wrote,
“Trinity Fatu (Naomi) will return here [WWE] shortly after finishing up her TNA contract. Fightful first reported that it was likely and our WWE sources said it was expected and in the current plans. There had been unofficial talks with her dating back nearly a year and those in TNA expected this would happen when her deal was up.”
