Rebel has not appeared on AEW television for quite some time, and a new report from Fightful has an update on her status.
Rebel is still under contract with AEW, though she hasn’t been backstage much during her time away from AEW television.
Rebel has reportedly been wanting to return to TV and there was some discussion internally about bringing her back, though it’s unknown how likely it is because there aren’t any working plans for her to wrestle.
Rebel last wrestled for AEW back in August 2022 during a Dark taping.
Rebel has been absent from AEW TV since Britt Baker turned babyface. She previously revealed that she no longer works for AEW’s makeup department.
