The debut episode of “WWE Backstage” on the FS1 Network on Tuesday night drew 597,000 overnight viewers.
It should be noted that the show aired immediately following the very high-rated Houston Astros vs. New York Yankees game. WWE had also been hyping a “blockbuster” trade for the show. That turned out to be Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross heading to SmackDown! Live in exchange for “some RAW draft picks to be announced at a later date.”
