WWE’s recent SEC filings reveal that EVP Chief Product and Technology Officer Rajan Mehta and EVP Chief Human Resources Officer Suzette Ramirez-Carr have received their initial ownerships of stock.
Mehta received 30,669 shares, while Ramirez-Carr received 8,595 shares. The stock closed at $70.45 on Wednesday evening, and the total valuation stood at $2.76 million for 39,264 shares.
Mehta has been with WWE for nine years, while Ramirez-Carr has served the company for eight months.
The ownerships were granted on December 21st.
