Thanks to a report from PWInsider, there is now an update on the case involving the man who tried to assault Bret Hart at the WWE Hall of Fame this past Spring.
An arrest warrant was issued on September 10 for Zachary Madsen after he did not appear in court as scheduled on the previous day in Kings Criminal Court in Brooklyn, New York.
Court records show Madsen was returned on the warrant and appeared before the court on September 24. Zachary is not currently listed as in custody and is slated for another hearing on November 12.
