WWE’s deadline to respond to the class action lawsuit filed by dozens of former pro wrestlers over health issues has been extended. According to reports, Judge Vanessa L. Bryant granted the extension on November 21st. With the extension, WWE now has until December 23rd to respond. For those unaware, this is the same lawsuit that was filed back in July and alleges that the company was responsible for concussion-related issues and other health problems.
It should also be noted that WWE has until December 2nd to respond to the lawsuit filed by Buff Bagwell and Scott “Raven” Levy. That lawsuit claims they are owed royalties from usage of their matches on the WWE Network.
