It’s been said that Vince McMahon is said to be very high on Goldust and Stardust as of late, which is why the Rhodes Brothers are getting a huge push against Jey and Jimmy Uso at the Night of Champions pay-per-view on September 21st.
The reason for the push is due to Vince “hitting the jackpot” regarding Cody Rhodes’ new character after trying out different gimmicks for Cody over the years.
As for the reason for the Rhodes Brothers’ heel turn, it was not because of some elaborate plan. The turn just came up internally for the last several weeks.
