Vince McMahon has, in a new SEC filing, transferred 8.5 million shares of Class B WWE stock to Linda McMahon. The reason listed is “estate planning purposes.” The stock was gifted to Linda via the “Vincent K. McMahon 2013 Irrevocable Trust.”
Vince still beneficially owns 39,272,641 shares of Class B stock.
