There were reports last week that the early buyrate for AEW “All Out” had a lower number than Double or Nothing, and updated numbers still had it lower. While the FITE.tv numbers were actually up, the final numbers are still expected to be a little lower (not much, though) than Double or Nothing.
The feeling backstage in AEW is that the drop wasn’t that big and it’s due to the Kenny Omega vs. Jon Moxley match being postponed. That was a heavily hyped match that was pulled a little over a week before the show aired. As many of you know by now, Moxley had a MRSA infection in his elbow.
