At Saturday’s WWE Crown Jewel 2023 pay-per-view event, Seth Rollins defeated Drew McIntyre in the opening match to retain the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
As usual, WWE posted the result of the bout on Twitter. Will Ospreay saw the tweet and responded with an eyes staring emoji. This led to Rollins responding with the following,
“The water is warm.”
Ospreay will become a free agent early next year when his NJPW contract expires. As you might expect, WWE, AEW, Impact Wrestling, and others are interested in signing him.
