WWE Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch vs. Liv Morgan was booked at this year’s WWE Day 1 pay-per-view event in Atlanta, Georgia at the State Farm Arena. The following is the play-by-play coverage of the match:
Morgan came out agressive and got some near falls, but Lynch knocked her down then ragged dolled her around. Morgan hit a drop kick off the middle rope. Liv got out of the armbar and hit a DDT for 2. Lynch knocked her down and they battled on the top rope with Morgan hit a spring board powerbomb for 2. Lynch for the armbar, but Morgan got to the bottom rope. They traded roll up attempts. Lynch won with her powerslam finisher.
