WWE United States Champion Austin Theory vs. Mustafa Ali was booked at this year’s WWE Hell In A Cell pay-per-view event. The following is the play-by-play coverage of the match:
Theory heeled it up early and went to the floor so Ali kicked him in the back and hit a crossbody off the top rope. Theory tossed him into the ring post. Ali tripped him in the corner, but was tossed off the top rope to the floor. Theory with a fall away slam for 2. Theory with a slam off the top rope. Ali tripped him and put him in an STF, but Theory got to the bottom rope. After Ali hit a DDT, he missed a 450 splash and Theory hit his finisher for the win.
Winner: Theory
