The following is the play-by-play coverage of the WWE Men’s Royal Rumble match:
AJ Styles and Shinsuke Nakamura started off the match. Austin Theory at #3. Robert Roode was in and quickly eliminated by AJ. Ridge Holland was out next. AJ tossed Shinsuke out. Montez Ford was #6. Damian Priest next and Sami Zayn. Johnny Knoxville is #9 and attacked Zayn. Montez with a monstrous frog splash to Johnny before Knox was eliminated and then Sami Zayn. Angelo Dawkins was #10 and Omos followed. Omos eliminated Dawkins and Ford. Ricochet was out next and then Chad Gable.
Omos eliminated Priest. Dominik Mysterio was #14. Everyone in the ring eliminated Omos. Baron Corbin was #15. Ricochet got eliminated. Dolph Ziggler was next. Corbin with deep six and eliminated Dom. Theory was eliminated right after and Sheamus entered at #17 and Rick Boogs at #18. Gable was eliminated. Madcap Moss was #19 and eliminated by Madcap Moss. Matt Riddle entered next. Drew McIntyre was back at #21 and eliminated Corbin and Moss. Kevin Owens at #22 and hit a powerbomb to Drew. Rey Mysterio at #23 and Kofi Kingston at #24.
Owens pushed Kofi off a springboard attempt and onto the barricade, but Kofi’s feet touched the floor. Otis was #25 and Big E followed. Bad Bunny came out next and hit a canadian destroyer to Riddle then eliminated Sheamus. Ziggler was tossed out. Shane McMahon at #28. Rey was eliminated. Shane eliminated Owens. Randy Orton was #29. Big E got eliminated by Orton and so did Otis. Brock Lesnar entered the match last and started tossing dudes around. Lesnar eliminated Orton and Bad Bunny and Riddle, and McMahon. McIntyre and Lesnar brawled until Lesnar hit the F5 to McIntyre for the win.
Winner: Brock Lesnar
