In a recent appearance on the “Kick Rocks” podcast, Mercedes Mone (formerly Sasha Banks) expressed her belief that she will return to WWE at some point in her career.
Mone said, “I know I’m going to be back there one day. It’s not over. I have a lot of unfinished business in wrestling in a lot of places.”
Mone is expected to debut for AEW at next week’s “Big Business” special edition of Dynamite on TBS.
Mone previously said that leaving WWE was “the hardest decision I’ve ever had to make in my whole life, but it’s the proudest” and is grateful to the promotion for “the career they gave me, the fans they gave me, the life they gave me. The dreams that they gave me.”
