  • Tag Team Triple Threat Qualifier: Latino World Order defeated OTM by pinfall.
  • Earlier today in the parking lot, Brooks Jensen got into a shoving fight with Oba Femi (after Femi said in his interview that he’s supremely confident he’ll beat Jensen), which Josh Briggs broke up, trying to instill some sense of reason into Jensen, wondering what he’s trying to accomplish.
  • Andre Chase and Thea Hail had an awkward conversation about how things have been since “towelgate”. Duke Hudson asked who Hail’s tag team partner is going to be tonight. Hail showed on her phone that Jacy Jayne is hanging out with the others without her. But she has other friends and knows someone else who has issues with Kiana James and Izzi Dame…Kelani Jordan. No Jacy, no problem.
  • Roxanne Perez cut a promo in the ring about what she did to Lyra Valkyria last week. That’s what happens when you get sick and tired of trying to play all the rules. It’s the culmination of a full year’s worth of frustration and on the hands of the NXT Universe. When she collapsed after beating Meiko Satomura due to all the pressure of carrying the entire division on her shoulders, no one cared when she was stripped of her title. Everyone was too busy drooling over Tiffany Stratton and obsessing over Becky Lynch. Screw everyone for booing her and making her feel worthless. Now, she doesn’t care what anyone thinks. She’s the most decorated woman in NXT history, having won the Breakout tournament, Iron Survivor, women’s tag titles and women’s championship. She expected Lyra to give her a rematch after Lola Vice messed up their last title match, but since that didn’t happen, she realized she’d only get another shot if she broke the rules and did it her way. Roxanne doesn’t need anyone’s support or approval. She assumes Lyra will now be stripped of her title and she’ll be awarded the title. Ava came out to explain how they didn’t immediately strip Roxanne of her championship last year, but they waited to see how bad things were and—just then, Tatum Paxley came out from the crowd to attack Perez, and Perez’s music started playing as they quickly moved on to the next segment. [The ending of that felt extremely rushed and awkward, as if they ran out of time for this commercial break.]
  • The D’Angelo Family officially welcomed Luca Crusifino with a toast at the restaurant and spoke about Tony D’Angelo’s upcoming title shot. They were interrupted by Ilja Dragunov, who congratulated D’Angelo, but reminded him that while D’Angelo is busy with a lot of things, his focus is entirely on the title, and he’s going to retain it at Stand & Deliver. D’Angelo said whatever happens here, The Don likes him. Stacks and Crusifino then dragged Dragunov away and put him in the trunk of a car.
  • Lexis King defeated Mr. Stone by pinfall. Von Wagner came out after the match to save Stone from a further beating.
  • Dijak interrupted Oba Femi’s interview to say “Once you’re done playing around, let’s see if you have what it takes to be a real champion.”
  • Backstage, Ridge Holland was working out when his wife and daughter called to wish him goodnight and good luck.
  • NXT North American Championship: Oba Femi defeated Brooks Jensen by pinfall while Josh Briggs looked on, concerned for Jensen. Femi was taunting Briggs at ringside.
  • Dragunov was taken to the bridge that Tony D has thrown Two Dimes and Pretty Deadly over, but only for a statement. D’Angelo told Dragunov that he had to be punished for showing up to his restaurant unannounced, and that he has power, but not the same type of influence Tony D has with the snap of his finger. Enjoy the walk home. Dragunov told D’Angelo that he always finds a way.
  • Arianna Grace defeated Gigi Dolin by disqualification due to a low blow.
  • Backstage, Karmen Petrovic congratulated Sol Ruca on her return to action. Unfortunately, since Ruca’s been gone, some people have taken to Blair Davenport’s bad example. Que Lola Vice to be upset and pick a verbal fight with Petrovic, calling her trash. Brinley Reece then cartwheeled into the frame to be her bubbly self and to talk about how excited she is for next week. Not everyone’s like Blair.
  • During the commercial break, Kelani Jordan was attacked by someone backstage. Fallon Henley is now her tag team partner for the match.
  • Kiana James and Izzi Dame defeated Thea Hail and Fallon Henley by pinfall due in part to some interference from Jacy Jayne and Jazmyn Nyx. After the match, Hail got a microphone to say she thought Jayne was so cool and she changed herself for her, but Jayne’s become an even more rotten version of herself throughout this whole friendship. Hail ignored that because she idolized her and thought of her as a sister, but now, she’s done. She’s done being like Jayne. The old Thea Hail is back, bitch, and she’s not going to be toxic like Jayne anymore, even if Jayne thinks she’s a loser.
  • In the locker room, Riley Osborne was happy to see what just took place. No Quarter Catch Crew then came over to badmouth him for no real reason. Osborne was then backed up by Axiom and Nathan Frazer. They shared some verbal jabs back and forth.
  • Also backstage, Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows spoke on how they’re going to win the NXT Tag Team Championship at Stand & Deliver. Hank Walker and Tank Ledger were watching that footage and talked about how they’re underdogs next week, but they’re actually going to win. The Wolf Dogs came over to Hank and Tank and hyped them up.
  • Shawn Spears defeated Ridge Holland by pinfall. Holland had started to get out of control during the match, slamming Spears through the commentary table and almost getting himself disqualified with a steel chair, but fought that anger, only for Spears to hit his finisher on top of the chair and score the win that way.
  • Trick Williams cut a promo on the split with Carmelo Hayes, how Hayes stabbed him in the back and attacked him and was never happy for his success like he was for Melo. At Stand & Deliver, they’re going to have a match. Meta-Four interrupted for some reason to talk about how Noam Dar is moving on to bigger and better things and then get whooped by Trick, who stopped Lash Legend from hitting him, planted a kiss on her, and then proceeded to beat up Oro Mensah and Dar some more to end the show and send them packing.
