WWE RAW (2/26/2024)

Dominik Mysterio introduces Rhea Ripley. She boasts about retaining her championship at Elimination Chamber. Becky Lynch interrupts proceedings to congratulate Ripley, and remind everyone of how successful they both were. Luckily, Rhea’s family won’t need to fly to WrestleMania to see her lose.

Dominik tries to speak up, but Becky insults him. Ripley tells her never to disrespect her Latino Heat ever again. Becky may say is the backbone of this division, but a man always says they are the backbone of everything. Behind every great man is an even greater woman, but Mami isn’t behind The Man, because Mami is always on top. Nia Jax shows up to attack Becky Lynch, and Ripley lets her. Officials rush out to stop Nia before she crushes Becky.

#1. Sami Zayn vs. Shinsuke Nakamura – Winner: Sami Zayn

Chelsea Green makes her way to the ring, gets a microphone, and then says she will be wrestling under protest. She would have won the battle royal had Adam Pearce not put in the surprise entrant, Raquel Rodriguez. And then what did she do? She flew to Australia just to be a big dumb loser. Her opponent makes her way to the ring.

#2. Chelsea Green vs. Raquel Rodriguez – Winner: Raquel Rodriguez

Sami Zayn says that the win tonight reaffirmed everything she has been saying. She will be a champion, and a path to WrestleMania will come his way. If it does not find him, then he will find it. Imperium walks by him, and Gunther gives Sami a sarcastic grin.

Cody Rhodes awaits The Rock’s answer to his challenge on SmackDown this Friday. As for Grayson Waller, he can thank him for the main event spot tonight.

Imperium make their way to the ring. Gunther says he is still the longest reigning Intercontinental Champion of all time. But, he has got to be honest. Jey Uso almost had him beat, and he felt it slipping away from him for the first time. He got lucky, and nobody is perfect, but he is very, very close. He has put his heart and body in to making this title the most prestigious, and has beaten everyone along the way. It leaves him with one question. Who will be his opponent at WrestleMania? The Judgment Day’s music plays.

Damian Priest says they plan on adding more gold to their group at WrestleMania, and that includes Gunther’s gold. He asks who will be his challenger. Dominik Mysterio steps up. He tells Gunther that when the Judgment Day say they are going to do something, they do it. That title belongs to them. Damian Priest almost goes for Gunther, but the rest of the group holds him back. He promises the IC title will be theirs.

#3. [Street Fight] The New Day’s Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods vs. Imperium’s Ludwig Kaiser & Giovanni Vinci – Winners: Imperium

Chad Gable tells Adam Pearce that a match against Gunther would not just be for the title. It would be so much more after he reduced his daughter to tears and called him a terrible father.

#4. Shayna Baszler & Zoey Stark vs. Indi Hartwell & Candice LeRae – Winners: Baszler & Stark via submission

Drew McIntyre makes his way to the ring with a big smile on his face. He says we did it. Because of everyone, this happened. He is more jetlagged than anything right now. He was talking to the doctor afterward, about his ear, and got told he may have to miss WrestleMania. Drew turned to the doctor and said… who do you think I am? CM Punk?!

He sits down like Punk and continues to rag on him for not being around for the Elimination Chamber. After the show, Drew did something special for Punk by drinking twice as much for the both of them. He asks for Seth Rollins to join him, and the champion obliges. He congratulates McIntyre for winning the Elimination Chamber.

McIntyre tells Seth he needs to stop sticking his nose in other people’s business and focus on RAW. For everyone’s sake, back off this Cody Rhodes and Bloodline thing. Rollins says it is worth the risk. He might be right. But what if he is wrong? He has been selfish in his career and his life. Every time he got to the goal, he felt empty inside. It wasn’t until he had his daughter that not everything is about him. There are things that are bigger than them. Taking down The Bloodline is bigger than them.

If they don’t take care of them, what happens after that? They will come after the World Heavyweight Championship eventually. If they can take out The Bloodline before WrestleMania, then they will know they can have their match one-on-one.

#5. Liv Morgan vs. Nia Jax – Winner: Nia Jax via DQ

Becky Lynch attacked Nia Jax to bring the match to an end. Backstage, Becky gets a match with Nia confirmed for next week. Liv Morgan tells Becky not everything is about her.

Jey Uso is disappointed about coming up short against Gunther. Drew McIntyre interrupts his interview to let him know he deserves this, so Jey Uso hits him and a fight ensues.

#6. Cody Rhodes vs. Grayson Waller (w/ Austin Theory) – Winner: Cody Rhodes

Paul Heyman shows up with some security. He tells Cody to take The Rock’s name out of his mouth, because Roman Reigns has told him to let him know that it isn’t so simple. Please withdraw this challenge to The Rock, or else. Cody says he hasn’t trashed The Rock yet because everyone were fans of his. He is fed up of being nice. If this is a Bloodline setup, come get him.

Heyman walks up to the ring, and his three security goons get in, but Cody warns that if one more person steps toward him, he will take them out. Heyman makes a step forward, so Cody takes out the security. Heyman gets on his phone to Roman Reigns, so Cody tells Paul that The Bloodline isn’t hunting him. He is hunting The Bloodline.
