Drew McIntyre vs. Sami Zayn – Steel Cage Match

McIntyre wins after he suplexes Sami from the top of the cage, followed by a Claymore.

Winner: Drew McIntyre

Recap of Ronda and Charlotte’s contract signing last week.

Charlotte Flair is backstage and says she is worshipped by all and after Ronda says “I Quit”, she’ll never come in WWE again and Ronda will realize that Charlotte is better than her than everything after she wins her I Quit challenge tonight. Ronda may very well quit before WrestleMania Backlash.

Out comes Happy Corbin for Happy Talk. He says the fans detest Madcap Moss just as much as he does. His awful jokes dragged down the show and at WrestleMania Backlash, he’ll show Madcap that the only thing that he did was funny was think that he could beat him. He’s still living off his Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal victory. He made Madcap Moss, molded and shaped him with his own two hands into the man that he is today. Everything he touches turns into gold. Just as he made Madcap Moss, he’ll destroy him. But tonight, he’s going to settle for destroying the one thing Moss loves most and that’s his Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal trophy. Madcap Moss’ trophy is Corbin’s special guest. Two people bring the trophy to the ring and Corbin brags about how he’s going to smash the trophy into so many pieces.

One person remains in the ring and it’s Madcap Moss with a sledgehammer. He dodges a shot by Corbin before striking him and sending him into the ring post a couple of times and sending him out the ring.

Ricochet (C) vs. Shanky – Intercontinental Championship

Ricochet retains over Shanky with a roll-up.

Winner: Ricochet

After the match, Jinder berates Shanky before Shanky angrily leaves the ring.

Raquel Rodriguez is interviewed backstage on her debut and says she’s nervous, but she loves being the center of attention and plans on making an impact that no one will forget.

Raquel Rodriguez vs. Cat Cardoza

Cat heads to the apron and hot shots Raquel over the top rope then lands a knee strike in the corner. Cat works a cravate over the ropes, tries a pump kick but Raquel catches it and hits the Chingona bomb to win.

Winner: Raquel Rodriguez

In the back Ludwig Kaiser hypes up GUNTHER as the embodiment of greatness, a man who destroys anyone who desecrates the sacred ring. GUNTHER says respect will be taken by the ring general.

Here come RKBro, their contract signing against the Usos will be up after this break.

Post break here come the *Goofy yell* Usos. Adam Pearce officiates the signing. The Usos say they have nothing to prove to anyone, Roman disapproves somewhere in the back, and predict they’ll be draped in all the gold. Riddle is glad Pearce is here, and he can’t tell the Usos apart. He notes that he and Orton are very different, and wants Pearce to make the Usos wear name tags or something. Orton says he’s never had a problem telling these two apart. Jey is the right hand man, and the other is a little bitch. Jimmy objects and we get the brawl. When things go the way of RKBro, here comes the music for Roman Reigns. Everything stops as Roman begins walking to the ring along with Paul Heyman. Orton and Riddle both stare him down, but that allows Jimmy and Jey to get them from behind.

Double super kick to Orton, then Riddle takes a 1D. About now Roman gets in the ring and picks up the contract, then tears it up and begins beating the crap out of Riddle. This is interrupted by the music of Drew McIntyre. Drew, sans sword, stalks to the ring. The Usos try to intercept him, but Drew lays them out and climbs into the ring. Roman tries to warn him off, then they start brawling. Drew hits a belly to belly suplex and Roman rolls out of the ring. Drew calls for Roman to get back in the ring, reminding Roman of their history. The Bloodline retreat together as Drew and RKBro hang out in the ring.

After the break Naomi will be in action.

Post break Paul Heyman finds Adam Pearce in the back. Heyman says Roman Reigns isn’t happy right now, and he wants to facilitate a good relationship between Pearce and Roman. He’d like to add Roman to the match, making it RKBro and Drew McIntyre vs. The Usos and Roman Reigns. Pearce can’t just ignore the unification match, Heyman admires the guts of Pearce to do this even though it’s against his best interests as now Heyman has tons of ammunition to take Pearce to task against the board of directors. Heyman says Pearce can make the match, and he will.

Here comes Naomi along with Sasha Banks. A reminder that Drew Gulak is the guest time keeper tonight, I imagine this will play into the Charlotte and Ronda drama in some incredibly stupid way.

Naomi vs. Natalya

Naomi avoids a knee strike and lands an enziguri. Baszler counters a Bubba Bomb into the Kirifuda Clutch but Naomi rolls through. They trade counters then Naomi gets a prawn hold roll up for the win.

Winner: Naomi

We get a recap of Butch abandoning Ridge Holland and Sheamus last week, apparently there’s a social media thing about him. Ridge and Sheamus are at gorilla and Sheamus wants to find Butch, it turns out he and Sheamus put their missing posters in the same place. Ridge says he put Big E down and he wont be back for a long time, incredibly awkward transition there that made no sense. Sheamus and Ridge head to the ring for a match, which will be up after the break.

Ridge Holland vs. Xavier Woods

Holland shoves Woods back down and seethes over the chops. Holland grounds Woods with a headlock as fans taunt Sheamus. Woods fights up and out of the hold as the crowd rallies. Woods with a jawbreaker to Holland, then more punches and chops against the ropes as the referee warns him. Woods runs the ropes and ducks forearms from Holland but Holland nails a big Spinebuster for a close 2 count. Holland puts a boot to Woods’ head now.

Woods goes for the powerbomb but Woods collapses. Holland tries again but ends up beating Woods back down with forearm strikes. Woods counters the powerbomb with the Back-Woods roll-up for the pin to win.

Winner: Xavier Woods

– After the match, The New Day celebrates and heads to the ramp. Sheamus takes the mic and calls Kofi out to a match, one-on-one, right now because he’s tired of playing games. Kofi gets hyped up and heads back to the ring with Woods while Sheamus also gets ready to fight. We go back to commercial.

Kofi Kingston vs. Sheamus

Sheamus calls for the Brogue Kick but Kofi ducks him, then hits the SOS. Sheamus kicks out at 2. Kofi goes to the top but Sheamus rocks him. They trade right hands in the corner now. Kofi flies but Sheamus catches him in mid-air with a jumping knee, then immediately follows up with a Brogue for the pin to win.

Winner: Sheamus

– After the match, the music hits as Sheamus stands tall to boos. Ridge Holland attacks Xavier Woods at ringside, beating him down and sending him into the barrier. Sheamus pulls a table from under the ring while Holland keeps Woods trapped against the steel ring steps. Sheamus asks Holland if he learned anything from Sheamus. Holland grabs Woods and powerbombs him through the table at ringside. The music starts back up as Sheamus and Holland pose and yell out at ringside.

– Cole sends us to Chapter 4 in the story of Lacey Evans. Evans recalls getting kicked out of her home at age 17 but still being the first in her family to graduate high school, then she became a U.S. Marine. She graduated military police school at the top of her class and had other achievements. She was the only graduate who didn’t have parents cheering her on at graduation day. Evans gets emotional when recalling how her father was never there. She talks about how he never came to the most important things in her life, and it got to a point where you find a different driving point that fills you with anger. Evans wanted to show her family that addiction was not her only solution.

Evans says unlike the others in the locker room, she wasn’t blessed with a lifetime of perks and pats on the back, but she doesn’t need it or want it, and never had it. She made it out of the trailer park and is coming for every one of them. Evans repeats the same lines she’s used in her recent vignettes, about how what she’s been through in life has made her a motivated, ready for anything, confident, mother, wife, sister, daughter, U.S. Marine, and a WWE Superstar, and how she’s no better than the other WWE Superstars, but they’re damn sure no better than her.

I Quit Beat The Clock Challenge: Ronda Rousey vs. Shotzi

Fans chant “you tapped out!” to Flair. Rousey with another suplex to Shotzi. Shotzi gets up but Rousey rolls her into an ankle lock submission. The referee checks on her and Shotzi quits. Drew Gulak rings the bell and the time to beat is 1:41.

I Quit Beat The Clock Challenge: SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair vs. Aliyah

Aliyah goes to the top for a crossbody but Flair dodges it, then levels her with a big boot. Flair and Rousey talk trash and taunt each other. Flair goes for the Figure Four but Aliyah kicks her out of the ring right next to Rousey and the announcers.

Flair rushes back in and applies the Figure Four at 10 seconds. Aliyah resists but Flair bridges into the Figure Eight right at the 2 second mark. The referee asks Aliyah if she quits but Flair is too late, Rousey gets the win.

Winner: Ronda Rousey

– After the match, the music hits and Rousey celebrates with fans at ringside. Flair seethes in the ring, staring her down. Rousey heads to the back as fans continue to chant “you tapped out!” at Flair. Flair approaches Gulak in the timekeeper’s area now, yelling at him for how he did his job, calling him stupid. Flair levels Gulak with a big boot while he’s sitting in his chair. Flair man-handles Gulak around the ringside area now, yelling at him to ring the bell. Flair grabs the ring bell over and brings it into the ring, where Gulak has crawled to now. Flair drops Gulak with a ring bell shot to the back of the neck. Fans boo as Flair continues yelling at Gulak about how hard could his job be. Flair’s music starts back up as she takes the title and raises it in the air. Fans boo as Flair makes her exit and SmackDown goes off the air.
