Welcome to another edition of WWE Recap Report — a breakdown of the biggest takeaways of the week from WWE programming for those who may have missed out.

Whether you need to catch up on a show, had too busy of a week to stay on top of the breaking news or just skipped out on WWE as a whole, I’ve got you covered.

Obviously, not every single thing will be recapped here in detail. But this is your TL;DR of the week to be caught up to speed before the next Monday Night Raw so you’re not left in the dark.

With that being said, here is a quick rundown of this week in WWE.

MONDAY NIGHT RAW

  • Brock Lesnar opened the show with a promo about fighting Roman Reigns at SummerSlam. Paul Heyman interrupted, followed by Theory, who is still looking to cash in Money in the Bank. Alpha Academy went after Lesnar, but The Beast Incarnate destroyed them.
  • Finn Balor defeated Rey Mysterio by pinfall.
  • Raw Women’s Championship Match: Carmella defeated Bianca Belair by count-out due to interference by Becky Lynch.
  • Ciampa explained on MizTV that he’s been aligned with The Miz because he wants all the eyes to be on him and The Miz commands that kind of attention. Logan Paul’s challenge to fight The Miz at SummerSlam was reiterated. The Miz said if Paul doesn’t want to team with him, he’ll team with Ciampa instead.
  • AJ Styles and Ezekiel defeated The Miz and Ciampa by disqualification.
  • Alexa Bliss and Asuka defeated Doudrop and Nikki A.S.H. by pinfall.
  • The Usos and Omos defeated R-Truth and The Street Profits by pinfall.
  • Riddle and Bobby Lashley defeated Seth Rollins and Theory by pinfall with some help from Dolph Ziggler pushing Theory’s feet off the ropes.

NXT

  • For something like the 10th time this year, there’s been a “random attack” and Roxanne Perez has been laid out in the parking lot at the start of the show.
  • Giovanni Vinci defeated Apollo Crews by pinfall due to some interference by Xyon Quinn.
  • Cora Jade blames Toxic Attraction for Roxanne’s attack.
  • Cameron Grimes is depressed about losing so much lately. JD McDonagh interrupted his promo to say Grimes is now old news. They talked some trash and had a momentary brawl until McDonagh walked off.
  • The Creed Brothers were reviewing footage with Damon Kemp, who said he’d love to face them again. This upset Roderick Strong, who blames him for their loss, and wants to teach Kemp a lesson in the ring next week.
  • Grayson Waller blames Wes Lee for his loss against Carmelo Hayes.
  • Tatum Paxley defeated Kayden Carter by pinfall.
  • Joe Gacy popped up to say the two hooded members of Schism will reveal their true identities next week with a purification ceremony.
  • Earlier today, Pretty Deadly walked into the bar Brooks Jensen, Josh Briggs and Fallon Henley were at, to complain about the NXT UK Tag Team Championship. Henley suggested they settle it in the ring.
  • Sanga defeated Duke Hudson by pinfall.
  • Solo Sikoa and Von Wagner fought to a draw via double count-out.
  • Indi Hartwell defeated Lash Legend by pinfall. Legend was distracted by Alba Fyre.
  • Sikoa and Wagner had continued to fight through the campus for several segments, ending with Sikoa tossing Mr. Stone into a dumpster.
  • Tony D’Angelo and Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo defeated Edris Enofe and Malik Blade by pinfall.
  • Backstage, Nikkita Lyons said she wasn’t behind the attack on Roxanne Perez, even though she had the most to gain. But if Mandy Rose is looking for another opponent, she’ll gladly fill in for Perez.
  • Mandy Rose retained the NXT Women’s Championship over Roxanne Perez by pinfall as Cora Jade hit Perez with her tag team title, turning on her friend.

MAIN EVENT

  • Tamina defeated a local enhancement talent by pinfall
  • Mustafa Ali defeated Akira Tozawa by pinfall.

NXT UK

  • Oliver Carter defeated Teoman by pinfall. Charlie Dempsey and Rohan Raja helped lay out Carter after the match.
  • At the NXT UK Performance Center, Trent Seven jumped Sam Gradwell. Also, Isla Dawn found herself transfixed by Fallon Henley. Next week, those two matches will take place.
  • Backstage, Dave Mastiff congratulated Josh Morrell on his recent win. Next week, he faces Mastiff and his luck is going to run out.
  • Also earlier this week, Wolfgang played some soccer and responded to Ilja Dragunov’s comments that he respects him. But someone’s got to take that title from Dragunov. Why not Wolfie? That match will take place in two weeks.
  • Amale defeated Stevie Turner by pinfall.
  • Backstage, Sarray thanked Meiko Satomura for their tag team match and asked for a title shot.
  • Mark Andrews and Wild Boar are looking for an NXT UK Tag Team Championship shot against Brooks Jensen and Josh Briggs.
  • Mark Coffey defeated Noam Dar to win the Heritage Cup
