Ring of Honor is cutting off the option for contracted talent — exclusive or not — to work AAA shows. The company isn’t allowing it any more because they, New Japan and CMLL are trying to agree on a working relationship.
New Japan also has implied a preference that ROH talent not work AAA shows and doesn’t want one of their title holders, such as AJ Styles, working for them.
