Welcome back to another Monday Morning Q&A where I toss out some questions to get a feel of how you guys and gals are feeling about certain topics.

So here are 5 questions I’d like to toss out for this week. I’ll give my answers, too, but the key here is that I want to know what YOU think! So make sure you chime in!

1) Assuming Logan Paul’s opponent at WrestleMania XL is Randy Orton, what do you think WWE should do with Kevin Owens in the meantime and at that event?

This is tough. Nothing seems to be lined up for him, and there are fewer and fewer spots left remaining for the WrestleMania card. We’re already at 4 matches without including the IC title, tag titles, women’s tag titles, and some major key players.

Owens is one of my guys, so I’d want to do whatever I could to get him on the show. But if I were hired by WWE Creative this very day, not knowing any more insider information about extra plans they have in mind and other tricks up their sleeves I could work with, I’m drawing a blank on anything noteworthy for him.

Realistically, he’s probably just going to be involved in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal. That sucks. But unless there’s another WrestleMania Showcase multi-man “throw everyone in here” type match, I don’t see any other way he’s getting on the card. And when you keep in mind the ATGMBR has been on SmackDown the past few years instead of the actual WrestleMania presentation, I’m thinking his chances of participating in Philly are slim, sadly.

That’s a huge step down from being in a main event the past two years.

2) That Grayson Waller Effect segment at Elimination Chamber was effectively pointless. How would you have done things differently if you were a member of WWE Creative?

First off, I wouldn’t have booked it in the first place. Pay-per-views aren’t the time for a promo segment. That’s what Raw and SmackDown are for. In particular, if you just HAD to have a promo segment, I would have cut down on the amount of time that it killed (something like 55 minutes between the end bell of one match and the starting bell of the next???).

You can only pull off something like this if something noteworthy enough happens that makes the fans feel like they witnessed a progression. It’s utterly worthless if it’s a segment where they only continue to hint at the thing that they previously hinted at before. That’s a complete waste.

I don’t know what WWE’s plan is for The Rock at WrestleMania. They might not even know. But if it in any way involves The Rock and Roman Reigns in a tag team match against Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins on Night 1, like a lot of people are speculating, and like this somewhat hinted at, I would have confirmed that here. At the VERY least, I would have had a more direct confirmation, as in Cody/Seth outright challenge them to a tag match on night 1 and we get some “we’re awaiting your response on the next episode of Raw or SmackDown” type back-and-forth.

What we got was stupid, even if the awkwardness of how Austin Theory was booked is ignored.

3) What do you think the Meat Madness Match will be at Revolution?

Maybe this is a downer, but I think it’s just going to be 3-5 of the bigger guys in a brawl, first to get a pinfall wins, and that’s it. I don’t think there will be any other stipulations or creative tweaks to make it anything but the bog standard.

Granted, I’m not necessarily complaining about that. There’s nothing wrong with a four-way just being a four-way.

But what I would like to see is for this match to get some added stakes to it like a future title opportunity, and/or for there to be something else to spice it up. Maybe it’s an elimination match, or they can only win by knock out or something.

4) Do you think Hangman Adam Page will be competing at Revolution, or will he be taken out of the match?

The way that injury angle was done was very awkward. Either it wasn’t planned to go that way, and that’s why it was so strange, or they successfully pulled off doing something weird for the sake of making people question what’s going on.

My guess is they did it for a reason, purposely. As far as I can think, there should likely be only two potential reasons why. The first would be to give Page an out to complain that that’s why he loses the match on Sunday and that if he had gone into it 100%, he’d have won. But it could be as simple as them pulling him from the match for whatever personal reason that has been rumored and speculated about.

Considering that’s a story going around, I’m inclined to believe more so in the latter, and that they’re going to announce on Dynamite that he’s no longer competing in the match. Whether a replacement is put in there, or, more likely, it stays just Samoa Joe against Swerve Strickland, I think that’ll be settled by the time Dynamite is over, rather than having to wait to Rampage or Collision. I can’t imagine there’s a replacement coming to fill in for Page, though.

5) Do you think any other matches will be added to the Revolution card? If so, what?

Since no matches have been announced for the pre-show, that means at least one will, guaranteed. Knowing how Tony Khan likes to jam pack these events to make them all 6 hour nonstop wrestling fests, I’d expect 3 to 4 more matches, actually. We’re at 9 and Worlds End had 13, but one of those was just 11 seconds long, so it doesn’t count too much.

My first thought goes straight to the TBS Championship, Trios Championship, and FTW Championship possibly being defended. But I’d wager a bet the TBS title won’t be on the line, and we’re more likely to see something ROH-based if there’s a belt up for grabs, like the ROH World Tag Team Champions defending their titles.

Honestly, I think the 3 or 4 matches will be more random than anything else. I could see TK adding something totally off the wall here, like an arbitrary collection of people in an eight-man tag team match, or something with Willow Nightingale and Kris Statlander in a tag match or whatever.
