On April 6, 2014 the entire professional wrestling world and fans saw a
giant dream come true, the man known as the American Dragon in Ring Of
Honor Wrestling, Bryan Danielson, mainly known as Daniel Bryan in WWE,
captured his 3rd major WWE Championship. At WrestleMania 30 in New
Orleans, Louisiana, Danielson defeated opponents Randy Orton and Dave
Bautista in a Triple Threat Match that was contested under No
Disqualification.

Bryan
didn’t win the match easy though, unlike Batista who was handed the
opportunity, he battled through “injury”, fought though a near-crook 3
count, and a vicious Batista Bomb-RKO through the Spanish announce table
for the remaining 30 minutes of the grand stage.

For
almost a year, Danielson fought against The Authority (Triple H &
Stephanie McMahon) who kept punishing him because he refused to stay
down like the rest of the locker room continues to do. Paul Levesque
(Triple H) ‘buried’ him every week saying Bryan was only a B+ player,
but also that he only wrestles A+ guys. Because he wouldn’t take No for
an answer, and according to script, Triple H finally gave in but he
wasn’t gonna let him get there in 1 piece.

2
Weeks before the major event, Triple H arranged for fake police
officers to take him down only for The Game to have the advantage to
beat him to what was seen, near out of breath. The final week before
‘Mania, Danielson however got the upper hand by blindsiding The Game
during the main event. Of course with that kind of hype, you could only
imagine how crazy of an environment that was created for their match on
April 6th.

But,
with absolute passion and strength, Danielson was enabled to win the
main event match at the 30th anniversary of WrestleMania and capture and
become the newly crowned WWE World Heavyweight Champion.

With
a great and much deserved win that some might call a complete upset,
comes hell for the post-RAW edition on April 7th, the night following
‘Mania. Tune in and see what happens…or, just celebrate and screw the
negatives.
