Eddie Kingston had his first defense of the AEW Continental Crown on Saturday’s episode of AEW Collision.
Kingston defended the gold against Trent Beretta, who won a title shot on Dynamite. The Mad King sealed the victory with a lethal Northern Lights Bomb.
Kingston won the Continental Crown last week at Worlds End 2023. He simultaneously holds the NJPW Strong (186 days ) and ROH World (109 days) Championships.

FTR will not be joining the House of Black any time soon, thanks to their victory on Saturday’s AEW Collision.
Had Malakai Black and Buddy Matthews won, Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood would have been forced to renounce their families and join the faction.
Harwood pinned Matthews to score the victory.
Following the match, FTR and Daniel Garcia were laid out by the House of Black.
