On last week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, Trent Beretta shocked everyone by betraying Orange Cassidy and the rest of the Best Friends.
In a recent appearance on “The Grill Out” podcast, Kris Statlander talked about the moment. She said,
“I’m very upset with him. We all kind of get down in the dumps something, but I always thought we were better than letting the losses get to us. He proved that he is not the kind of friend that we thought he was after all this time. It sucks. It’s hard to see your friends get to a point of no return. I tried to talk some sense to him and I tried to have a conversation with him, but I’m in a little bit of a down space myself, I’ve not been doing great in the ring, but I’m trying my best to not let it get to me. He just proved to me the type of person I don’t want to become.“
