As we previously reported here on eWn, the morale among talent in the AEW locker room has improved.

However, that doesn’t mean things are all too rosy in Tony Khan’s promotion.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that morale is better regarding talent getting along, but there are still matters that have frustrated some individuals.

AEW has a bloated roster and only three weekly shows. So only a certain number of talents can get pushed.

This is frustrating for several wrestlers since most of them aren’t in AEW to simply collect a paycheck. Rather they want to perform and showcase their talent.

There is also frustration regarding AEW’s recent crowd sizes. While Tony Khan tends to paint a positive picture by pointing to revenue or ratings, some believe AEW is steadily declining in popularity.

However, Khan acts as though “everything is fine” in his company.
