AEW President Tony Khan says he’s been very happy being able to work alongside CMLL and NJPW. Khan, who has been working with CMLL since late 2023, commented on the working relationship between the two. He said,

“It’s been amazing working CMLL. They’re one of the greatest wrestling organizations in the world and it’s been interesting. Salvador, who runs CMLL, has been just great to work with.”

He added, “Rocky [Romero] is an amazing intermediary between these companies and it’s really great having Rocky in AEW, be he’s also a really fair person who’s looking out for the interest of everybody in these things.”

And finally, Nic Nemeth will be facing off against Eddie Edwards on this week’s episode of TNA Impact on AXS TV. This is the first match announced for the show.
