Leon ‘Big Van Vader’ White was the greatest big man to step foot in the ring, according to fellow WWE Hall of Famer Arn Anderson.
On a recent edition of his “ARN” podcast, Anderson was asked if Vader is the best big man in wrestling and had plenty of praise for the Superheavyweight. He said,
“Let’s talk 400 [pounds] and over? Probably, yes. He was athletic as hell. I mean, he played pro football … Guys that size just didn’t do that.”
Vader passed away in June of 2018 at the age of 63. He was posthumously inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2022 and represented by his family.
