Tanga Loa made his return to WWE at the Backlash: France pay-per-view event on Saturday during the opening match that featured The Bloodline’s Solo Sikoa & Tama Tonga facing off against Kevin Owens & Randy Orton.
Loa interfered when he came out to pull out the referee, allowing Solo to follow up with the Samoan Spike for the victory.
According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, Tama and Tanga signed with WWE at the same time, but Tanga had been kept off television until his return. Tanga previously worked for WWE from 2009-2014.
