As you all know by now, WWE is being purchased by the Endeavor Group and will be merging with the UFC as one giant company worth nearly $22 billion. On Monday, WWE held an all-employee meeting to discuss the news.

According to a report from Fightful Select, the employee meeting was held at 4:00 PM EST and was lead by Triple H, Nick Khan, and Frank Riddick. The three men insisted that Endeavor would not be involved in the creative or production aspects of the company.

Additionally, a meeting was held with the talent at 6:00 PM EST prior to RAW. Several SmackDown and RAW talents were missing from the meeting as they weren’t booked for the show or had a brutal travel schedule that included flying from L.A. to New York City and then back to L.A on the same day. The talent meeting was led by Nick Khan and Triple H. The two WWE executives told the talent the same thing as the office employees – nothing would change under Endeavor. They also discussed WrestleMania’s record-breaking numbers and praised everyone for working so hard this past weekend. It was basically the same speech Triple H gave on RAW with some added backstage details for the talent-only.

It should be noted that Vince McMahon’s name was mentioned several times as being one of the people in control of the new company. Nobody seems to know just how involved Vince McMahon will be going forward. And only Vince knows the answer to that question at this point. Members of the creative team have not heard from the Chairman of the Board and continue to operate under the assumption that Triple H is in control, even if McMahon is giving “The Game” ideas on the outside.

For what it’s worth, there were no questions taken at either meeting.
