NJPW wrestler Zack Sabre Jr. spoke at Dominion last week about wanting to face Bryan Danielson at Sunday’s AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door pay-per-view event.
Dave Meltzer speculated on who might appear from NJPW on Wednesday’s Dynamite during today’s Wrestling Observer Radio.
Danielson is scheduled to appear on tomorrow’s Dynamite where he will address his status for both Forbidden Door and Blood and Guts.
Meltzer hasn’t been told that Sabre Jr. will be appearing on tomorrow’s show but he has been told “some newcomers” will be appearing on the broadcast. Sabre Jr. appears to be available to show up on the episode as he missed today’s New Japan Road event at Korakuen Hall.
