As reported last night here on eWrestlingNews.com, Bobby Lashley lost a match to Brian Cage and then said goodbye to the crowd and bowed before heading to the back during the weekend iMPACT! Wrestling TV tapings. Back in December of 2017, we reported that Lashley would likely be leaving iMPACT! Wrestling and may be headed back to WWE. One report said there was a “good chance” that Lashley would re-sign with WWE when his iMPACT! Wrestling contract expired.
In an update on this, Lashley’s contract with iMPACT! Wrestling expires in April. Much like EC3, he is being written off iMPACT! TV at these tapings in case he doesn’t re-sign with the company.
