As seen during Chris Jericho’s “Highlight Reel” segment featuring Randy Orton at Sunday night’s WWE Battleground pay-per-view event, Jericho said that “Brock Lesnar will be taking Randy Orton to Suplex City”. Orton responded by saying that he already knew that and added, “it only takes one RKO to get to Viperville… no enhancement needed.”
As you’d imagine, this left many people wondering if Orton went off script to take a shot at Lesnar after he failed a drug test following the UFC 200 pay-per-view event. According to Dave Meltzer, Orton did not “shoot” as the line was pre-written for him.
