A lot of content related to former WWE Superstar Bray Wyatt was cut from WWE 2K22.
Wyatt, once considered one of WWE’s most popular stars as The Fiend, was released in July 2021, reportedly due to backstage issues.
On Reddit, user u/Goadownalovers shared an image of a character model for Wyatt and noted that a Firefly Funhouse arena had been planned for the game before his departure.
It’s believed that this would have been used as part of the MyRise storyline.
Another user named u/616618gh made a post featuring removed content from the game’s Showcase mode, with a 1996 match between Rey Mysterio and Jushin Thunder Liger also initially intended to be in the game.
