While the details are sketchy at this point, there was a physical confrontation between CM Punk and Jack Perry at the AEW All In 2023 pay-per-view event.
Sean Ross Sapp is reporting that “there was a physical confrontation between CM Punk and Jack Perry right before CM Punk went through the curtain. Working on more details.”
It’s worth noting that during Perry’s match with HOOK on the “Zero Hour” pre-show, there was a spot on a car where Perry patted the windshield and said, “This is real glass. Go cry me river.” You can check out a video of that below.
We previously reported here on eWn that Perry and Punk were involved in a verbal confrontation backstage at a recent AEW Collision TV taping after Perry wanted to use real glass for a spot. This is something CM Punk wasn’t a fan of and refused to allow it.
Punk’s side claimed that Perry was throwing a tantrum over not being able to do the spot and people stepping in to prevent it from happening. Punk wound up telling Perry he could stay on Wednesdays if he had a problem with it.
