According to reports from Post Wrestling and the WON, WWE has been talking about taping episodes of RAW and SmackDown, even WrestleMania 36, next week. Yes, WrestleMania 36 may be a taped show. This would allow WWE more time to edit production videos, etc.
While WWE has yet to confirm the report, there are rumors that WWE will be taping all of the remaining episodes of RAW and SmackDown leading into WrestleMania 36 next week. There has also been talk of taping WrestleMania 36 in advance. According to one source, it was “expected” to happen.
WrestleMania 36 will air over the course of two nights. Most of the matches will be taped from the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, FL but several gimmick matches are scheduled to be taped at other locations. There won’t be any fans at any of these locations.
Of course, this is a very fluid situation with many changes taking place on a daily basis so stay tuned.
